Role

The role of Rivalution Transaction Executive (RTE) entails driving and executing Rivalution transactions across an assigned territory while ensuring consistent performance that exceeds established benchmarks. As the primary territory operator, the Rivalution Transaction Executive reports to the Rivalution Transaction Lead (RTL) and is fully accountable for revenue performance within that territory.

This role requires advanced aptitude spanning consumer engagement, structured negotiation, and disciplined transaction execution within the Rivalution process. Ongoing awareness of regulatory requirements affecting real estate and Rivalution transactions is paramount to the role. Educational resources are provided to support sustained regulatory compliance throughout those transactions.

The Rivalution Transaction Executive serves as the primary point of contact for protocol-related matters within the territory. This position operates with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining strict adherence to the Rivalution Transaction Protocol (RTP). Operational fluency in systems-level architecture supports the dynamic balancing of transactional, regulatory, and protocol obligations.

Core Responsibilities

  • Drive territory revenue growth through disciplined transaction execution and intentional market development.
  • Collaborate with internal sales team members across territories and, when necessary, external vendors to advance territory performance objectives.
  • Establish new relationships with consumers and external vendors to strengthen territory market position.
  • Cultivate and steward long-term consumer and vendor relationships to reinforce territory performance stability.
  • Partner with the Rivalution Transaction Lead (RTL) to evaluate personal performance, identify development opportunities, and elevate execution standards.
  • Prepare and analyze territory reporting to capture market dynamics and personal execution insights.
  • Execute all real estate transactions in strict adherence to the Rivalution Transaction Protocol (RTP) within the territory.
  • Travel within the territory as needed to support sales execution and, when required, provide critical on-site assistance in adjacent markets.
  • Maintain disciplined oversight of active transactions to ensure timely progression, protocol integrity, and proper settlement.
  • Serve as the frontline territory authority on protocol clarity, guiding structured engagement throughout the Rivalution process.

Qualifications & Experience

Revenue
  • Progressive experience generating revenue across assigned territories in high-performance, growth-oriented sales organizations.
  • Demonstrated accountability for revenue generation within assigned territories while maintaining disciplined cost awareness.
  • Proven record of driving and sustaining personal revenue growth within competitive sales environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage disciplined, data-driven analysis to guide personal revenue performance and forecasting.
  • Consistent execution of disciplined sales plans aligned with assigned revenue targets.
  • Proven integrity in aligning aggressive performance objectives and high-value incentives while upholding uncompromising ethical standards.
  • Consistent achievement of measurable personal revenue targets in high-performance sales environments.
Operations
  • Demonstrated experience executing logistics planning and coordinating time-sensitive, multi-stage operational processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for performance analysis and reporting, PowerPoint for sales presentations, and Word for formal documentation, including contracts.
  • Demonstrated ability to sustain high-level performance amid competing priorities under fast-paced, demanding operating conditions.
  • Proven capacity to apply decisive, data-driven judgment under high-pressure conditions.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt execution and judgment in real time based on incomplete or evolving data.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex operational workflows and resolve process challenges within established systems.
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience as a licensed real estate agent, active or former.
